Selection of Backend Partner / System Integrator for AMC-II of items specified in SOR under CDR Project III — Production DC (Hyderabad) + Disaster Recovery DC (Pune). The scope of work includes Comprehensive AMC Services covering all software items listed in the SOR (Billing, CRM, Mediation, Provisioning, Inventory, RA, FMS, etc.), ensuring system availability as per defined SLAs, implementing ~150 Change Requests per year at no extra cost, supporting BSNL’s O&M team for clearing operational dockets/issues, obtaining commitments from OEMs for continued support, assisting in security audits, performing VAPT testing before commissioning any new servers/software, and arranging necessary infrastructure for remote access if required.
